As every single worker I don^t like to discuss something with my boss. I am always nervous that I might say something that I am going to regret. You have to be careful when you are talking with your boss as he or she might decide to fire you at any time. Recently, for example, this one customer was complaining about baby crib that he has bought and it has been produced by our company. He wanted to talk with the boss but as he was absent he told me to let him know what does he think about our baby crib and that he wants his money back. As you can see I had no choice but to inform my boss about it. He wasn^t happy about this information concerning baby crib, you can be sure about that. Luckily he wasn^t nervous and he thanked me for the information and it wasn^t that bad in general. Maybe sometimes we are too nervous for no reason.
