Producers are looking for new ways of selling their products at higher prices all the time. Sometimes they print a caption on the cover that you get some percent of the product for free or invest extra money in advertising the product and then when the demand is bigger they raise the price. But I have also noticed another method used by them. They are making special versions of their products that are supposed to be only for the children. Have you seen it? For example, let us imagine a situation in which a company produces juice. They change the bottle of the juice and print a cover that is appealing to children (bright colors, etc.) and sometimes without changing the ingredients they sell it as a juice for children. Maybe they will add some vitamins to say that it is more healthy than their standard product. But I have seen something shocking recently whey protein for children. Can you believe it? I was really shocked. First of all, why would children need such product? And second of all it is their parents decision whether to buy it or not because they have the money. In this case would you buy your kid a whey protein? I don´t think so. Maybe there are some children who professionally train some sports but I think they can live without whey protein.
